Say you've called 911, but too bad, they can't save your life right now because they can't get inside the building. Where is that concierge? Maybe in the washroom, on patrol, or on their break.
Having a reliable communication connection working and accessible at all times with the concierge staff has been a challenge. There are structural components within the building which interfere with reception and signal transmission depending on location. The board is working toward a solution on this.
