It seems to me that the lights never get changed in this building. There are always lights out in the gym and in the car laneway. Maybe Anil can address this.
I think the lights in the laneway are adjusted to conserve energy. The lights in the gym seem to be ok now that we have a swith in the room. - I would like to know why the hallway sounds like a wind tunnel??
Is anyone else on the north side of the building bothered by the wood smoke fumes being exhausted by the Bagel House restaurant next door that opened after the Clairmont was built?
I can't even open a window or use the balcony without breathing this toxic stuff. Surely this will affect our property values not to mention the enjoyment of our homes which we paid a lot of money for.

I see that we are yet to have functioning lights at the front of the building. Little things count.
Scotch Tape over the trim in the lobby. This looks very cheap.
Someone please attend to this.

I think when the vents in the hallway walls are closed, it constricts the air flow, hence the loud sound. The air is forced out of a smaller opening.
Hmmm..No I think there most be another reason I know that for sure!!.
We are being spammed by drug&sex aid purveyors so I have gone back to comment moderation for the time being.

Yes the bagel place smoke has been a problem for me too. Sitting out on the balcony has become hazardous.
The board did get them to extend the chimney but with a 15 storey building next door and exhausting into a closed area, it's pretty well useless.
The city did inspect them and they are within building codes.
Not sure what to do next, it's quite unbearable at times, starting at 6 am.
