I just had a concern about the garbage room on the main floor - can it be cleaned so it does not smell. When I first moved into the building, the garbage room smelled nice. Now I avoid it because it is messy, dirty & smells. Maybe the cleaners can use bleach? Also I noticed a rodent trap there which concerned me. Thanks.
Don't expect Anil or the board to do anything about the exterior lights or many other things. If they are in fact working on it, it would be nice to get an update to reassure owners that this is being addressed.
No. It is 'US' who should be addressing these issues, because 'THEY' don't have to. The board has only to fulfill their mandate as per the legislation, and nowhere in that document does it mention making any efforts toward pleasing the paying customer. And the manager has only to please the board, and evidently they are overwhelmingly pleased. Unhappy owners will only effect change by doing two things: 1. Uniting and representing a majority of unit holders. 2. Exercising their collective power.

The three lights at the front of the building have never worked. Also they don't fit properly. Maybe Anil or someone on the Board can address this.
