I am counting on our new board member who expressed a commitment to the improvement of communication practices in this building to push hard for an uptick.
If that member is blocked in their efforts I urge them to inform the rest of us.
I don't think the powers that be here have a clue as to what should to be passed on to all of us.

Was anything posted about the outcome of the board elections? I don't recall seeing anything.
I think there was a notice, very briefly. But if you blinked on your way to the mailbox you might have missed it. It was hogging space from the April newsletter, which is so seminal it will be posted until further notice.
I think it's Carlos 3 yrs., Deborah 2yrs., and Matthew 1 yr.

If you are sending an email to Anil-don't hold your breath for a response.

Bumped into Anil today and he says he has not been receiving e-mail notice when postings are made here, nor has he been recently visiting this blog. I have just re-submitted his address to ensure that every entry is forwarded to him. He said he will visit here and catch up soon...

I give up and have decided to go it alone - Home Depot has no problem providing a helping hand. We need to work on the many mixed messages regarding Anil pre-purchasing the detectors, then following up with the concierge to see if the replacement detectors have been provided, told to hold on they are coming to find out that nobody had my name on a list (there's a list????).
I am just plain fed up and to be honest more concerned about my safety than the warranty disclaimers imposed by Simmera.

I have no clue about anything contained in the above comment. This is all news to me. And it shouldn't be should it? Abysmal communication continues to be a major eroding factor to quality of life in what is in other respects a pretty idyllic living situation here.
