Decor Rules & Regs.

They apply uniformly to each and every unit owner as spelled out in the January addendum.
Right?
No exceptions.
Right?
Some exceptions/exemptions allowable?
Wrong.
This can be construed as favoritism. Or a position perk. Or not applying to so-and-so for this-that-or-the-other ostensibly plausible reason.
Any owner ordered to remove red umbrellas, blue chairs, and satellite paraphernalia needs to know the same rules are being applied uniformly to all 87 units, otherwise discriminatory practices are in place here.
Any owner not required to remove such items is receiving preferential treatment.
This won't fly.
Enforce rules fairly and inclusively or scrap them. Period.
Somebody's stuff on the 15th floor gets 'grandfathered' supposedly because it can't be seen from the ground? Well it can be seen from surrounding buildings can't it? And how does that look?
The red umbrellas have limited visibility too.

We think this a bad restriction policy to make.
Many owners make purchase over one year and have now disposal and buy more,
This very silly unecessary expenses to many.
Too many caring about look here outside for status and not easylife enjoyment for hard worker when home
Do we need wear khacki uniform when we sit outsides sometime now
Thankyou

All comments appreciated.
And never worry about spelling.
Hope the uniforms can be funded from the rumoured budget surplus.
:)
But more about that later and elsewhere on this blog.

Window Cleaning-
There was no posting that the window cleaners were coming back.
When you work all day it does not help if there is a message on your home #.
I am sure a lot of people missed this one due to the property manger
not keeping us informed.

The proposed rule/reg additions are unenforceable until approved by affirmative vote of a majority of owners at an official meeting. Until that happens go ahead and enjoy your plaid umbrellas and polka-dot chairs and any other 'violations' you want to commit.
